FAQ

Q and A

Q: How much do you charge?

A: You can just click the link here or go to "Services" page where you will find specific information about some flat rate pricing for packages that include renderings and color selection. Other services will require custom review of project needs and cost break down. To book Fabiyan Interiors, you will need to place a 40% deposit of your estimated design project cost.

Q: How do I start a project with you?

A: Send me a text, direct message or an email. I even pick up the phone, so you can call me too. First step is to set up a consultation appointment to discuss the project goals, budgets, expectations, style preferences, functional needs or accessibility needs. If you decide to proceed with the project, you will need to place a 40% deposit of the estimated project cost to book Fabiyan Interiors.

Q: How long will it take?

A: The time line for each project can range from a few weeks to over 6 -10 months depending on the project size, lead times, customization, contactor availability, etc. Estimated time tables will be provided when starting a project with Fabiyan Interiors. If you choose one of the flat rate options, such as the rendering or color selection packages, wait time ranges 1-4 weeks ( pending decorator availability).

Q: What is a discovery fee?

A: When selecting a package that requires services for furniture selection and styling, a discovery sales fee is applied to each purchased item.

Q. Where are you located?

A: I am able to facilitate projects that require moderate upgrades in the tri-state area as these require consistent site visits. Currently, I can provide rendering services remotely - although this would require my client to take a few pictures of their space and take rough measurements of the room. I will guide each client in the process. Projects that require color selection can also be completed remotely- however, for best results an onsite visit maybe recommended for those that may have difficulty providing high quality images to accurately assess lighting, color and finishes.
